Most foolish act is to break down a minute. Time seems to be the most visible truth, unbiased and irrational or it’s engulfed by the past yearning for tomorrow?
For half a second, I’ll let the grief leave and try to look for good, for they say, you find happiness when you look for it. It can be true. We all want good. When we find it, we embrace the shadows and hold on to them, tight.
But grief? It’s not that hard to find it, You see. It’s always in the air as there’s no place for sadness in the bones. We hurt ourselves to merely fool ourselves, by building this wall of ‘soul’s pain’. We pretend not be bothered by whatever is outside.
But, what’s the point of killing pain with pain? Point of killing 30 of 60 seconds over what will always linger after another 30 of 60 (seconds/minutes)?
Every second I feel myself engulfed by the second that passed and the one yet to come, I’m stuck in time.
Is this what we call living!?
What if we were built this way? All of us? Can desire justify it or do I have to look for the synonyms of ‘escape’?
Desire is like air, it’s always there.
Most of the times we are unaware. We’re all stuck here, who said life is fair?

Hmm, I have a blog about time being an attribute of God.
Do not be discouraged, there is light at the end of the tunnel; there is joy if that is what you desire. Praying that you will find Him who is the source of all hope and joy. He is here and He is not silent. ❤️🙏

Desire is like air, yes it’s always there but the choice to breathe in that air lies solely with us. May everyone consciously evolve from being unaware to being aware, to a point where the past and the future doesn’t determine how they feel.

“…they say, you find happiness when you look for it”? I’m not sure I’d agree with “them.” Happiness can be pretty elusive. The more people look for it, the more frustrated they can get. If by “happiness” you mean “pleasure,” it can be found for a little while, then it’s not enough, and we want more, and more. (The word “addiction” come to mind.)
BUT … if I look for God, when I find Him, I also find JOY. And joy gives pleasure in unexpected times and places. Best of all, God said “You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah29:13) I highly recommend doing this. ;)

You are so on point! Constantly looking for something leads to unavoidable anxiety and stress.
Will consider your recommendation.

Struck in time…a change is needed…some new fresh memories will clear 30/60 to 20/60…then I wish you will enjoy the present every second…but struck in time of introspection and retrospecting the past etc…will try to obstruct the present…
I think doing some excercise…breathing awareness yoga…or involve in playing badminton etc.. will help in getting out of struck timeline…don’t let the mind to give you instructions…instead you give your mind the instructions…sometimes pain and pleasure is also construction of mind…try to fool or trick the mind…and enjoy the present with mindfulness…I hope you will enjoy being in present…because past will always make present a past…

Very interesting thoughts. Breaking minutes into seconds is easy, since seconds are naturally-occurring measures (both heartbeats and thoughts tend to come at a second-by-second pace). Re-assembling seconds into minutes is harder, because minutes are wholly artificial, like hours; they evade our ability to focus awareness on time itself.
Every second is a gift from God, and deserves our gratitude.
My friend and alter ego Ben Finiti wrote about this a few years back, here: https://benfiniti.com/2018/04/17/the-sacred-second/
